Yes, this is a picture of me... it makes me laugh because ever since I showed this picture to Emma, she does the exact smile and wink, which just cracks me up. Emily did you send this to me? I can't remember. I believe it was taken when we were all at Lake Powell.
Here's Emma - posing as usual... I can't get any candid pictures from either of them lately. What am I running a model agency? Anyway, my mom knit this sweater for me - I guess she was knitting back then. There were only four of us at the time. I can't get Emma to wear the bonnet.
Tate doesn't seem to mind, though, just don't tell Keith. It was one time and I had to document this. He is so cute, and I know Keith never reads this blog. Plus it also showcases his "basketball outfit" which he wore for two weeks strait - yep, to bed and under his regular school clothes because it is too cold here to let him out of the house and that is our compromise. The second he gets indoors he strips to his "basketball outfit". He did one time at preschool to my shagrin. (Hope no one is grading me on my grammar - I know I had a few run-on sentences.) He loves basketball and I have since found more "basketball outfits". What a relief. Maceys' had a good sale. Lucky me.
Emma and Tate! I am such the biased parents, but they are just adorable.

Yep, that was at Lake Powell, in 1978. Love the new pics of Emma and Tate. I once tried to put some of uncle stew's old clothes on my boys...didn't work so well.
They ARE adorable! I am impressed with the sweater and hat. I have always wanted to learn how to knit. I can crochet, but I have never been able to pick up on knitting.
