One of the loves of my life, Caroline, at another one of the loves of my life... you guessed it chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge topping. Delicious. My fanatical dad took us there three times. Twice with no kids, I think. Of course, I should mention that he also took us to see the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra perform Mahler's Symphony of a Thousand with Michael Tilson Thomas conducting (magical and amazing) and another performance of the SFO with Hilary Hahn (impressive and talented) performing Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto. Both were unforgettable performances. The best part, though, was spending time with my sister and parents, all of whom I dearly miss, especially now during the holidays. Call me what you like but I will always be fused to my amazing family.
