Here's my only Christmas Eve picture.  Christmas Eve was quite lovely this year.  Quiet and simple.  Grandpa Grames read from the Bible, and we sang Christmas carols.  There was such a sweet spirit present, and, of course, I did get misty eyed, as I usually do.  We are blessed with such a wonderful family.  We are especially blessed with the knowledge of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

(The next two pictures were taken Christmas morning, but I'm using them for Christmas Eve.)  We also continued our secular tradition of Santa Claus.  We don't see Santa Claus on Christmas Eve, but he does come to the doorstep to drop off a special package of Christmas pajamas.  There was an added surprise from Santa that the kids would discover when their cousin came to town Sunday, and they ALL had matching pajamas!  Thank you Santa!!!  That was super special.  Now that we are back in Provo, their PJ's remind them of their Grames cousins, and the fun times they had during Christmas vacation.
We also leave Oreo cookies and milk for Santa Claus.  Yes, we heard that Santa's favorite cookies are Oreos... double stuff to be exact.  It's fun to see if Santa was hungry or not.  This year he only took a few bites and left some milk.  He must have been pretty full from all the deliveries he was making that night.  The kids thought it was fun that he didn't eat everything, and they finished it for him!
